Building understanding of how children say sounds and words
This tool is used to diagnose speech and language delays based on information parents provide about the vocal development of their 6- to 21-month-old children.
VDLA is a web-based vocalization assessment tool.
The tool makes use of a multi-media format, including audio samples, to guide parents through providing highly reliable information about their child’s vocal development.
VDLA is provided by Boys Town National Research Hospital.
